This home has been remodeled and re-designed by Wright Builders and the thoughtfulness of its homeowners. Beautifullly sited on a knoll overlooking lawns and open woodland. A series of stone walls, walkways and patios offer separate outdoor “rooms” to relax, play or garden. Designed in the modern craftsman style, the house has expansive open and sunny areas on the top floor with vaulted and beamed ceilings, multiple arched windows, window seats and a fireplace lined with Portuguese tiles. Off the main room is an L-shaped library/sunroom, a dining room and fully-equipped kitchen and half bath. The study/studio/office space has its own private entrance by the front door...a perfect home office. Downstairs are three bedrooms, some with outside access, a laundry room and 2 full baths. The house is in excellent condition and includes a carriage house style 2 car garage and raised beds for vegetables. Newer septic system and furnace. On 3 acres abutting conservation land!
